Day - I AM Strong

"You cannot add a single hour to your life by worrying. As Corrie ten Boom put it: ‘Worry does not empty tomorrow of sorrow, but it empties today of strength."

I AM STRONG

Strength is often measured by what we can lift, endure, or push through physically.

But physical strength is not the greatest strength a person can possess.

Some of the strongest people in history were limited in body—yet limitless in courage, resilience, and resolve.

Think of Stephen Hawking, whose body weakened while his mind reshaped science.

Think of Helen Keller, who lived without sight or sound yet spoke with clarity and power.

Think of Special Olympics athletes who redefine perseverance every day.

Think of those who served our country and carry physical loss with quiet strength and honor.

One individual who powerfully embodies this truth is Nick Vujicic.

Born without arms or legs, Nick didn’t allow limitation to define him. Through his global ministry, Life Without Limbs, he travels the world inspiring hope, courage, and healing to thousands.

Their lives remind us of this truth:

Strength is not about what your body can do.

Strength is about what your inner life can carry.

So today, pause and reflect:

  • Where am I already strong?

  • Where do I need to grow stronger—emotionally, spiritually, relationally?

  • Am I caring for my inner strength as intentionally as my physical body?

We are called to steward our physical health—but strength that lasts is built from the inside out.

In today’s challenge video, we’ll unpack the power of inner strength and walk through three practical ways to build it in your life.

Today’s attitude is clear:  I AM STRONG.

Not because life is easy—but because I am growing stronger where it matters most.

It’s Time to Get Creative

Gratitude grows when it’s reinforced—not just felt.

Today’s gratitude practice invites you to engage visually and intentionally by creating a Gratitude Board.

If you’ve ever made a vision board, this will feel familiar—but with a powerful shift in focus.

A gratitude board is not about chasing what you don’t have.

It’s about honoring what you already have—while staying open to what’s ahead.

When gratitude becomes visible, it becomes sustainable.

Your board is a reminder to:

  • Stay thankful for what you’ve been given

  • Recognize progress, not just goals

  • Train your mind to see abundance, not absence

You can create this digitally or physically—whatever works best for you.

There is no right or wrong way—only intentional engagement.

Include images, words, phrases, or symbols that represent:

  • What you’re grateful for today

  • Growth you’ve experienced

  • Relationships, opportunities, and moments that matter

Place it somewhere you’ll see regularly.

Gratitude shapes perspective.

Perspective shapes belief.

Belief shapes behavior.

Let today’s creativity reinforce a grateful mindset—and set the tone for what’s next.
